Questions brand owners ask first

Who makes the product?

Partner ODM factories in Korea with GMP certification. LAB-OX selects the factory per order on price, capacity and lead time, and runs QC before shipping.

Do I own the formula and the brand?

You own the brand, artwork and trademark filing. Ready formulas are licensed to you; exclusive formulas on the Signature path are yours.

Why do I need approval to see prices?

Prices, formulas and market data come from factory and government-backed data. LAB-OX shares them with verified businesses only. Approval takes one business day.

How accurate are the console estimates?

The console uses sample rates for each cost line. Your firm quote uses live partner prices and is valid for 30 days.

What is the minimum order?

300 units on the Ready formula path, 1,000 for Custom ODM, 3,000 for Signature formulas. Custom packaging can raise the minimum.

Which markets can you register in?

Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Malaysia, the EU, the US and Korea at launch. Sunscreen is not offered for the US.

Can you handle halal and vegan?

Every formula is screened for animal-origin and alcohol-sourced ingredients. Certification is arranged through accredited bodies.

Can you sell it for me?

Yes. Products can be listed with Byutti B2B for wholesale buyers and MenaGlam for consumers in Egypt, or shipped to your own store.
